1. Login & Registration

  • First-Time Access: If this is your first time accessing the site, click the Login button and select "Register here".

2. Registration Steps: On the Registration page

  • Enter your full name.
  • Enter an active and accessible email address.
  • Create and confirm your password.
  • Click the Register button.

3. Account Verification & Profile Completion:

* Check your email inbox for a confirmation email from us.

  • Click the link we provide in the email.
  • Once verified, you will be redirected to the portal to complete your account setup.

4. Why can't I log in?

  • Ensure you have verified your account via the link sent to your email.
  • Double-check that your registered email address is correct.
  • Make sure your password is correct (check your Caps Lock key).

5. What should I do if I didn't receive the verification email?

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders in your email provider.
  • Wait for 3-5 minutes, as network traffic can sometimes cause slight delays.
  • Ensure that the email address you entered during registration was spelled correctly.

6. What if I can't find my Major or University in the options?

  • You can send an email directly to recruitment@dblindonesia.com with the subject: [Missing University/Major Option].
